This is a rare thing — an unabashedly reverent, Bible-based children's series from CBN that dramatizes Scripture to teach faith, courage, and integrity, and its aim is genuinely to point kids to God's Word. Worth knowing before you assume 'Bible cartoon' means bland or fully sanitized: because it adapts the actual biblical text, it includes the hard and adult edges of those stories. The IMDb notes flag a woman dancing seductively (John the Baptist), figures shown nude with strategic covering (notably Eden in S1E1), Jesus and disciples drinking wine at the Last Supper, and the prodigal son getting drunk, vomiting, and trying to kiss a woman — all faithful to the text but stronger than a parent might expect. Some episodes (Revelation) are also quite dark and intense for young children. These aren't reasons to avoid it so much as reasons to watch alongside younger kids and be ready to explain; for a family wanting solid biblical content, this is a standout, with the caveat that a few episodes need context or waiting until children are older.
