Planet Earth is a visually stunning and educational series that celebrates the beauty and diversity of nature, inspiring viewers with its breathtaking landscapes and wildlife.

The imagery is a genuine gift — vistas and creatures that can move a believer to worship the Creator whose handiwork the heavens declare — and the craftsmanship is unmatched. Watch it, though, alert to the narration's frame: Attenborough consistently attributes this design to blind evolution over 'millions of years' and folds in climate-change advocacy, presenting a creation without a Creator as settled fact, so the very beauty that should point to God is verbally credited to chance. Nature red in tooth and claw is also on full display: predation and animal deaths that can distress children, and in one episode a troop of chimpanzees hunts and eats another group's young. There are several brief, non-explicit animal-mating moments (birds shown thrusting, penguins, frogs, squirrels) and a single 'a**.' A superb resource for wonder, best watched with the sound of its worldview turned down and the truth of Genesis 1 supplied in its place.
